If you receive an item that does not meet our standards, please contact us as soon as possible at shop@tsobg.com and we will work with you to find an appropriate solution.
Please note that many of our garments and products feature intentional hand-crafted or distressed details, such as raw hems, frayed edges, or weathered textures, which are part of the design. These details may naturally evolve or accentuate with washing and wear over time – this is not considered a fault but a design feature. Such elements often add value to the garment due to the time and manual work involved.

While we do not accept returns as a standard policy, in exceptional circumstances we may agree to one. In such cases, all items must be returned in clean, unused packaging, with all original tags attached, and no signs of wear, damage, or odour (e.g., pulls, snags, stretching, stains).
If your returned item does not pass our quality check, you will be responsible for the shipping costs to have it sent back to you. We will contact you once your package is received and assessed.
