The Sound of Breaking Glass – Creative Studio designed the cover and CD artwork for Angus & Julia Stone’s EP Chocolates and Cigarettes, helping define the band’s visual identity during their early rise to fame.
From 2006 to 2009, I worked closely with the duo, single-handedly managing all of their design collateral. This included:
- Band merchandise design
- Poster artwork for tours and promotions
- Cover and disc artwork for multiple singles, EPs, and albums
- Packaging design for physical releases
- Print advertising for national campaigns
- Designing and programming their first official website in Flash for their debut platinum-selling album A Book Like This
This body of work played a key role in building a recognisable, consistent brand for Angus & Julia Stone, visually complementing the warmth and storytelling of their music.
